Britna: bookings, jobs, fleet, and invoices on one dashboard
A UK logistics operator replaced spreadsheets, whiteboards, and radio calls with one operations platform that runs booking to invoice.
The situation
Bookings lived in one tool, job sheets in another, vehicle assignments on a whiteboard, and invoicing in spreadsheets. Every handover between them was manual and easy to drop.
The constraint
Crews and the back office had to keep working through rollout — no downtime, no parallel data entry, and the books had to stay right in pounds and pence.
The approach
We designed the program around operational continuity and evidence. Each release had to prove it was at least as safe and understandable as the process it replaced.
Mapped the real flow — enquiry, booking, job, vehicle, invoice — before writing code.
Rolled modules out in the order the office already worked: bookings first, invoicing last.
Gave every role its own view: dispatch sees vehicles, admin sees invoices, owners see everything.
