Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services provided by Vettel Tech. By using our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. Service Agreements

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms agreed upon in the specific service agreements or contracts signed between Vettel Tech and its clients. These agreements take precedence over any general policies stated here.

3. Cancellation Policy

Project Initiation: Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, cancellations may be subject to a fee reflecting the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Notice Period: Clients must provide a minimum notice period of 14 days for any cancellation requests. The notice must be submitted in writing via email to hello@vetteltech.com.
Immediate Termination: Vettel Tech reserves the right to terminate a project immediately if the client breaches any terms of the agreement, engages in illegal activities, or fails to make payments as agreed.

4. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Fees: Fees for initial consultations, project setup, and any completed milestones are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, partial refunds may be issued at Vettel Tech's discretion, based on the work completed and costs incurred.
No Refunds on Completed Work: Refunds will not be provided for completed work that has been delivered to and approved by the client.

5. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: In the event of a dispute regarding cancellations or refunds, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations.
Mediation and Arbitration: If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in the service agreement.
